I forgot to enter an entry yesterday so I will start with yesterday. I hiked the hills yesterday. It was really tough because it was hot out and the air seemed heavier or something. I was breathing really hard and sweating pretty good. When I got to the last up uphill area I started breathing a bit harder and started to hyperventilate a little. This used to happen to me a lot and I just thought I was very out of shape and not pushing hard enough. I recently discovered after talking to a few people with ashtma that I probably have exercised induced asthma. That never even crossed my mind. I mean even in high school I remember running the mile and not being able to breathe and hyperventilating. Anyway, I need to go see a doctor and see what it is but I am pretty sure that is what the problem is. I even took some stuff for people with asthma when I have done the hike and I can take deeper breathes when I do. After a while of not breathing to well I managed to get control of my breathing though and continued the rest of the hike. Towards the end of the hike my puppies went to get some water in an area that is made for the dogs. There were two big boxers there getting water and two men with the dogs. The one guy was a huge african american guy and the other was a skinny white guy. The white guy asked me what kind of dog Blade was and when I went to answer I realized who he was. He was Justin Timberlake! This was my 2nd celebrity siting so I was a bit in shock but anwyay I told him a bit about my dogs and he said they were cute and I went about my business. Yesterday I went back to the gym finally. I did all the leg machines that target the back of the legs. I didn’t feel like I did too much at the time but today I am super sore! My booty and quads are hurting! It’s a good hurt though!

Crissy Moran Blog: Ok we have to know! How do you stay in such great shape?

Crissy Moran: In my opinion I’m not in “great” shape. I am still trying to get there though. I just bought a Precor gym quality elliptical trainer which I have been using everyday (for a week so far!) and I also hike some hills a few times a week, I also try to incorporate lunges with my 8 lb hand weights here and there. I am not on any set routine right now but the last 2 nights I did workout on my elliptical for an hour. In the past I would do weight training, hiking, and also 30 min of cardio about 3 -4 times a week. Right now I am concentrating more on burning fat than building muscle. I want to get leaner. I am concentrating mostly on my butt and thigh area because that is my problem area.

I had the resistence set on between 11-15 (out of 20) and the ramp was between 14-20m(out of 20). I like to change it up in the middle of working out so I can target different areas. I burned me a cd off my Itunes and just worked out until the cd was done. I like to workout nude with my fan blowing on me and my music up really loud! It really gets me pumped! My boyfriend says I should do a shoot on my elliptical for my site!! haha!~ Maybe I will!

Next week I have 3 shoots scheduled so far so I am worried about how I will fit my new workout routine in.
